Dancing Instead of Fighting

A mom shared the following story with me. She had young children who were often fighting. After taking RCB, Mom told her kids that she didn’t like to see them fighting and wanted them to figure out a way to stop fighting so much. They decided that when anyone in the family started fighting, they would turn on some loud music and everyone would dance like crazy! This helped the kids release their tension in a healthy way and redirected the fight into something fun which involved everyone!
